ABOUT US
Here at the Woodruff County Senior Center we aim to provide services to the older citizens in our community. We off a wide array of services and aim to be a place for people to come and fellowship and get the resources they need in day to day life.

Serving Our Community
FOOD SERVICES
We offer 3 different types of food services through the center.
-We offer a hot delicious meal, Monday-Friday at 11am at our center location.
-We also deliver hot meals Monday-Friday to our clientele that cannot make it to the center if they live in McCrory & Augusta
-We deliver frozen weekly or biweekly to our clients who are unable to come to the center due to their health that live outside of the cities of McCrory and Augusta
DAILY ACTIVITIES
Monday-Friday at the center we offer activities at 10:00am.
We offer a wide array of activities throughout the month, including but not limited to: educational speakers, health information sessions, bingo, exercise, and the occasional day trip.
We have an exercise room with equipment and a television if you would like to watch a show on Netflix.
TRANSPORTATION
We want everyone who is able to come to our center everyday. We understand however that not everyone drives, so we offer to pick you up if you live in McCrory, Augusta, or Cotton Plant.
We can take you to the local pharmacy, drop you off at doctor's appointments if they are in time with our route, and we also do weekly trips to the grocery store.

Our calendar of activities is carefully planned so that every resident has the chance to participate in a range of programs that will enrich their lives physically, mentally, and socially. We also strive to provide nutritious, healthy meals on a daily basis to enrich as well.
